As a physiotherapist with over 30 years’ experience, I’ve seen patients of all ages and activity levels — from international footballers and dancers to world-famous rock stars, to regular members of the local community.

We’ve treated generations of the same families. And one thing we know for certain: If you apply sound physiotherapy principles and understand human movement, anyone can improve their mobility, activity levels, and overall quality of life.

You’ll have professional guidance, peer support, and measurable progress — every eight weeks.

We don’t test you; we show you your improvements. Follow the plan most of the time and you’ll see real, lasting results — from climbing stairs with ease to lifting grandchildren or walking longer distances.

You don’t need to decide between Pilates, yoga, or weights. We’ll design what’s best for you.

How Do I Know What Exercises to Do?

The physio team will guide you to your correct level. Exercises can be done sitting, standing, or even on the floor.

Many people don’t enjoy exercise but know they need it. We make it social, supportive, and enjoyable — finishing with a cup of tea, a biscuit, or fruit.

We all know someone affected by a bad fall. Let’s help you avoid that. You don’t have to overthink it — we’ll handle the planning.
